Build the whole plan.
Under your name.
The private-label platform that prices, approves and documents every self-funded plan stack, from TPA and PBM to network, stop-loss and commissions, under your brand.
Every piece of the plan, priced live from enrollment. Commissions, bundles and stop-loss terms included.
You see exactly what changed since the last approved version, down to the dollar, then approve or reject.
What's on every report
- Every component, itemized, including bundles and credits
- Stop-loss terms, spelled out
- Compensation schedule, line by line
- Changes from the last approved version
- Who submitted, who approved, and when
Every action, override and approval: who, what, when, and the before and after.
Click through it yourself.
It's a working demo with sample data. Walk the employee intake from sign-up to submission, then switch to the admin side and build a stack. Nothing you enter is saved.
Say goodbye to these hassles.
Price every piece of the plan in one place.
This is what nobody else sells on its own: a complete self-funded stack, priced live from enrollment, with your commission structures built in and nothing double-counted.
- Enrollment drives the mathEnter counts by coverage tier. Premiums and per-employee fees calculate themselves.
- Commissions, any structurePer employee per month, percentage of premium, flat or split across reps.
- Tier-rated plan designsYour plan catalog, priced tier by tier.
- No double countingBundled components show as included at $0, so nothing's charged twice.
- Stop-loss terms side by sideDeductible, corridor, contract basis, lasers and rate caps on every stack.
- Live totalsMonthly, annualized, one-time and effective PEPM, with commissions and credits broken out.
- Nothing half-finishedA stack can't be submitted until every required category is complete or marked not applicable.
Nothing goes out without your signature.
Your officers build. You decide. Every stack you're asked to approve shows a dollar-level comparison to the last approved version.
- Owner approval. Approve, or reject with a required reason that goes on the record.
- Locked versions. Once you approve a stack, it's sealed. Later catalog price changes never rewrite a deal you signed off on.
- Overrides flagged. Any rate moved off your catalog price is marked, explained and logged.
- Roles you assign. Owner, internal officer, employer administrator, employee. Each one sees only what you allow, and only their own groups.
Hand them the report.
When a plan sponsor, a board or an auditor asks how you got to the price, you don't rebuild a spreadsheet. You send the locked report.
- Issued on approval, numbered, under your brand, and delivered automatically.
- Every component itemized, including bundles, credits and stop-loss terms.
- A compensation schedule on every report, line by line.
- An owner dashboard with stacks waiting on you, groups coming up for renewal and intake completion across every group.

Who changed what, when, and the value before and after. Export a group's complete history as one fiduciary file whenever you need it.
New disclosure rules. Records that keep up.
Since December 27, 2021, brokers and consultants to ERISA group health plans who expect $1,000 or more in direct or indirect compensation have had to disclose it to the plan fiduciary. Plan sponsors are also being told to document how they pick and monitor every vendor.

Your name on every screen, card and report.
Employees, HR teams and plan sponsors never see ours. Every portal screen, email, ID card and report carries your brand, on your own web address.
- Your logo and colors across the portal, reports and ID cards.
- Your domain, such as benefits.yourfirm.com.
- Your sender name on every email.
- A branded link per employer group, locked to their approved email domains.
Clean census data without chasing paper.
One link per group
Employees sign up with their work email. Only approved domains or invited employees get in.
Documents acknowledged
Required documents get acknowledged first, time-stamped and tied to the exact version.
Seven questions, any phone
Medications, diagnoses, planned procedures and more, with required follow-ups on every yes.
Attested and referenced
Employees review, attest and get a reference number. The attestation stays on the record.
Delivered, then purged
Health answers go to your designated recipient and are deleted on the schedule you set.
Census import
Upload the census or renewal worksheet you already keep. No re-keying.
No developers. No IT. No compliance homework.
We run the platform so you can run your business. If you can approve a quote, you can run Brandiron.
HIPAA compliance
Maintained for you on infrastructure covered by a Business Associate Agreement. We'll sign a BAA with you, too.
Regulatory and policy changes
When the rules change, we update the platform. You don't file a ticket.
Security
Encryption, multi-factor login, record isolation between groups and access logging.
Hosting and backups
Hosted, monitored and backed up. There's nothing to install and no servers to own.
Product updates
New features and improvements roll out to your portal automatically.
Support
Direct access to the team that built it, not a call center.
Support is built into your command center.
Your team opens a ticket from the Support tab, right next to the stack or report in question. It reaches us already tagged with your account, the person asking and the exact record, so nobody has to explain where to look.
- Linked to the record. Every ticket points to the exact stack, report or district it's about.
- Everything in one place. Status, replies and full history, inside your own portal.
- Quiet, safe alerts. Emails just say you've got an update. The details stay behind your login.
- Same protection as everything else. Tickets live on the same secured, BAA-covered platform.
- Your brand stays in front. Your employees and districts contact your team, never ours.
The owner approved version 1 this morning, but the sponsor says they never got the report. Can you check delivery?
The report was issued at 11:08 AM, but the sponsor's mail server rejected it. We've updated the delivery address on file and resent it. Delivery is now confirmed on the audit trail.
Every module included. No add-on invoices.
Every module runs inside your branded platform, on the same records and the same audit trail, and they're all included in your license.

COBRA administration and a secure, versioned home for every plan document.
IncludedModules are included as they're released, and your walkthrough covers the current release schedule. Carrier EDI connections, COBRA administration and ACA filing services involve outside parties, so they're quoted separately.
Show it off. Get paid on every license.
Know other administrators, brokers or consultants who need this? Bring them a license and earn a share of what they pay, every month. Your share comes from our side, so it never raises your client's price. We handle the build, branding, hosting and support.
- Show it off. Pull up your command center at lunch, at the conference, across their desk.
- They want one. We build, brand, launch and support theirs. You don't lift a finger.
- You get paid. A share of every license you bring in, paid monthly.
Advising Texas school districts this renewal season?
Districts have to notify TRS by December 31 of the year before they leave or join TRS-ActiveCare, and that decision holds for five years. Build, compare and document self-funded stacks for the board before the deadline.
Straight answers.
We already have a portal through our TPA. Why switch?
You don't replace your TPA or claims system. Brandiron sits in front of them and carries your brand, so the client relationship stays with you whichever administrator you use. And your TPA's portal doesn't price, approve and document the full stack.
Isn't health information a liability I don't want?
Health answers go to your designated recipient and are deleted on the schedule you set. Groups are isolated from each other, logins use multi-factor authentication, and the audit trail shows exactly who saw what and when. We'll sign a Business Associate Agreement with you.
I'm not technical and I don't have an IT team.
You don't need one. We handle hosting, security, updates and regulatory changes. If you can approve a quote, you can run Brandiron.
Is Brandiron HIPAA compliant?
Yes. The platform runs on infrastructure covered by a Business Associate Agreement, and we maintain HIPAA compliance for you, including encryption, access controls and audit logging.
Does this make us compliant with the CAA disclosure rules?
Brandiron documents compensation line by line on every approved stack and records when it was approved and delivered. The disclosure itself is still your responsibility, so we recommend reviewing your process with counsel.
Does it replace my claims or administration system?
No. Brandiron handles intake, documents, stack pricing, commissions, approvals and reporting, and it works alongside the claims platform you already use.
Can we use our own domain and branding?
Yes. Your logo, colors and sender name throughout, on your own web address, with a branded link for each employer group.
What happens to our records if we leave?
Your approved stacks export as PDF reports and your data exports in standard formats. Your records are yours.
How does the partner program work?
When you sell a license to another business, you earn a share of what they pay, paid monthly. Share terms are set with each partner. It comes from our side, so it never raises your client's price. We build, brand, host and support it.
How does support work?
Your team opens tickets from the Support tab inside your command center, and each ticket comes to us already linked to your account and the record in question. Your employees and districts contact your team, not ours, so your brand stays in front and your people stay in control of the relationship.
How long does it take to launch?
Weeks, not months. We'll set your timeline on the walkthrough call, and it starts once we have your catalog, documents and branding.
See it with your name on it.
Twenty minutes. We'll show you the stack builder, the approval flow and a report in your own branding.
